Try these 5 reset strategies:

  1. Review the last 30 days. Look at what you actually spent — not to judge, but to understand. Clarity first.

  2. Name your 3 “non-negotiables.” These are the expenses that bring you joy or peace — keep them. Cut from the rest, not from your life-giving things.

  3. Give every dollar a job. Use a zero-based budget, even loosely. Every dollar should know where it’s going.

  4. Automate something. A savings transfer, a bill, a donation — start small. Automation builds momentum.

  5. Check in weekly. 10 minutes every Sunday. Light a candle, grab a notebook, and reconnect with your numbers in a judgment-free way.
